The 2023 season left Wakefield Trinity fans disappointed and unsure about the future of their club with them having little finances and being relegated from Super League.

The announcement of a new ownership under Matt Ellis, owner of DIY Kitchens, led to a renewed positivity about the possibilities the next season might hold. A new sense of confidence has also filled the fans following Daryl Powell’s appointment as manager, and the continued development of a new stand.
