One Thousand, one hundred and thirty six. That's How many times Callum Keen launched himself over a set of rings in the space of 24 hours, to break the world record for the most number of muscle ups completed in a day.

Raised in the outskirts of Yorkshire, and now running his own business out the back of a caravan Callum Keen is trying to change the way that we view the fitness world. After crushing the previous record by 100 in 2021 he found himself in a position unknown to most fresh university graduates at only the ripe age of 23, but still, the world had a lot to offer, but not in the way he expected.

“I never thought that it would all lead to this” says Keen on how the idea started, “I spent a bit of time in the Maldives working with an older crowd and it made me realise just how big of an impact exercise can have even on the ageing body.”

After the short spell in the Maldives Keen spent time in New Zealand working with “Rugby players to Crossfit athletes” and upon his return to the UK was immediately drawn back to the older crowd. “I saw so many people, very wealthy people, who had sacrificed their bodies for their careers” says Keen.

After providing a series of favours in the local area, word of Callum’s competence began to spread and it was only a matter of time before “Living for Longevity” was born, a fully functional online based fitness programme he can operate from the flexibility of his Caravan.

Now a flourishing business, Keen enjoys regular positive reviews about his work, A current client of Keen’s, Lou O’Brien a retired teacher said, “I have never found going to the gym particularly enjoyable, but now I choose to go”

Amongst a sea of achievements and successes, Keen’s story may not be well known to many but it is well told in the southern burrows of Yorkshire where his impact has made the most difference. “We had a 79-year-old run his first ever marathon after signing up with us”, says Keen. When asked what the future holds for him, the business and the caravan Keen says, “Me and my girlfriend might move to Spain over the winter. You know, weather’s a bit nicer isn’t it, but the goal to help people will always stay the same.”
