Across Yorkshire the number of children waiting for a permanent home has increased by 60% over the past five years.
In light of adoption week, Adoption England are working with agencies to promote their ‘Every Day is Everything’ campaign which aims to build confidence in prospective adopters and encourage more people to come forward. It shows that adoption isn’t about being perfect it’s small, ordinary experiences that shape a child.
