Leeds Big Sleep is being hosted at ATM Headingley Stadium from 7.30 pm 23 October to 8:00 am 24 October, making this the 9th Big Sleep.
The event started by St George’s Crypt and The Leeds Rhino Foundation raises awareness and support for rough sleeping and homelessness in the UK.
Participates bring sleeping bags to sleep under ATM Headingley stadium to experience the hardships that being homeless causes, for example, the cold.
The money raised by the event helps the charities involved and creates more opportunities for them to provide support for those currently suffering from homelessness or rough sleep.
