A street in Farnley was told in September that they had 21 days to remove access to the footpath that runs on greenbelt land behind their houses.
That time has now run out, and the people living on the street say none of them have removed their gates.
The developer that owns the land, Barratt David Wilson Homes, said in the letter, “If the gate is not removed within that period, BDW may need to escalate this matter further”.
