Armley affordable housing project welcomes first residents

A construction site in front of a newly built three-story red-brick apartment building with white-framed windows and glass Juliet balconies. In the foreground, two orange excavators, one branded "Kubota" and the other "Doosan," are actively moving materials into a large green skip. The area is enclosed by metal safety fencing, with construction equipment, materials, and waste bags scattered around. A curved path with fresh landscaping borders the work area, while a partly cloudy sky creates a bright backdrop.

Yorkshire Housing, Termrim and Leeds City Council have been working on a new affordable housing project in Armley. This week, the first residents were welcomed to the development.
