Chaos Coaching, based in Castleford, are delivering excellence to the local talent pool of athletes around the area. The team of personal trainers all specialize in strength and conditioning and all work together to strive for success.
Heavily based on molding the best athletes, Chaos are a hotspot for Rugby League players in the Castleford district. Three of the coaches; Jamie Bell, Jordan Fentiman and Alix Boyes all work within the rugby sector, giving them all hands on experience and the ability to get the best out of their clients.
Earlier this week, we spoke to the team at Chaos about what makes them different to every other gym.
“With our gym you become part of a community.”

We also caught up with Chaos athlete and Hunslet RLFC forward Liam Carr who enlightened us on the work Chaos do for him as he works towards his goals for the future.
“Chaos plan all my weight and fitness sessions, this makes it easier for me when going to the gym as everything I’m doing on that day is on the app to do.”

Liam is still at a young age and currently playing in the Betfred League One competition, he also balances his education at Leeds Beckett university while also coaching an Amateur rugby league team to add to this.
“I want to play at a higher level of rugby league.”
