When asked about his managerial experience and what it brings to the squad he explained

”A 5 game win streak is great but we can never get ahead of ourselves, we need to make sure we play the same way against the bigger opposition home and away.”

Welsh explained what his end of season goals are as they currently sit 3 points off the top 4.

”I don’t want to put a pin on where we finish but we have the right energy about us to finish high. We need everyone to buy into the Guiseley memo from the players to the staff to the fans home and away.”
