The BD4 Community Trust is a charity based in the East Bowling area of Bradford that aims to provide children and their families a caring and supportive environment for them to enjoy fun activities together.
Since early September, a new activity that has been introduced is a boxercise class ran community trust member by Amie Meehan for an hour every Tuesday evening at St. Johns Church, Bradford.
The class is designed for all ages and abilities, with the aims of encouraging families within the local community to be active and keep a healthy mindset whilst having an enjoyable time together.
