On the West Yorkshire bus network, a fresh group of highly skilled Police Community Support Officers (PCSOs) has been deployed.
The team will consist of fifteen full-time “Safer Travel” PCSOs who have received conflict resolution training in order to minimize disturbance and ease passengers’ worries about their safety.
