The new bikes that were installed around the city and Headingly in autumn of this year. This is the first fully electric public bike hire in service in the UK.
The scheme will set Leeds city council around 2.8 million. There plan is to expand more as the only docking stations are around the city center.
Around 300 bikes are available around the city from specific docking stations and cost around 16p per minute with a simple card reader at the front
All bikes will be available from the Beryll app for use at any time.
