Pre season is already a physically demanding time of the year for the Carnegie American Football team but with the new coaches it adds another aspect to the sessions. Dan Fran, a second year player, commented on the new regime: “The coaching staff have put in a lot of work for us, in the aspect of making sure they have a system prepared for the players they have seen on film before and returning players”.
