National Stress Awareness Day lands on 2nd November this year, with the main goal being to educate people on causes of stress, how stress impacts individuals differently and how to manage it.
In the past year, 74% of people have felt so stressed that they’ve been left overwhelmed and unable to cope. Its ties with mental health problems, such as depression and anxiety, are becoming much more prominent throughout peoples daily lives, leaving an average of 37% of stressed adults feeling lonely as a result.
