Images of a man being stabbed in the city center amidst the hubbub creates anguish in the hearts of people for their security.

St. Paul’s Street witnessed a crime at about 2.30 BST on Tuesday, according to West Yorkshire Police. The victim appeared holding a deep stab like wound in his torso but disappeared before the emergency services arrived.

The victim who was described as being about 30 years old and 5ft 7ins tall, approached a passerby and showed the stab wound to his torso and head which were deemed as “serious.” However, before the police could reach the scene of action the man went missing. Officers couldn’t trace him and approached the witnesses for help.

The stabbing incident did raise questions of the aspect of police patrolling and the citizen’s security. People are getting concerned for their welfare and safety and are questioning the police patrol teams for their lack of vigilance.

A man getting stabbed and disappearing and haven’t yet been traced makes the citizens grow more anxious and wary of the authorities. Though the man who stabbed the victim has been caught, it seems people haven’t dopped their concerns for the patrolling team.
